1 qt. strawberries
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
pinch salt
1 c. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and hull strawberries and mix with sugar, lemon juice and salt. Puree the strawberries in a food mill and freeze in a pan in the freezer. When the strawberry mixture is slightly frozen, take it out and beat it with a hand mixer until it is slushy then fold in 1 c. of whipping cream, whipped. Freeze until hard.
