2 BELL PEPPER (sliced)
1 large ONION (sliced thin)
1/2 tsp SALT
1/2 tsp GARLIC POWDER
1/4 tsp BLACK PEPPER (ground)

2 lb RIBEYE (sliced thin)
1/2 tsp SALT
1/4 tsp BLACK PEPPER

3/4 Loaf ITALIAN BREAD (1" Pieces"

5 T BUTTER
1/4 c FLOUR
1 bottle ALE
2 tsp ASIAN CHILI SAUCE
1 1/2 tsp BLACK PEPPER
1 tsp GARLIC POWDER
1 tsp ONION POWDER
1 tsp PARSLEY (dried)
1/2 tsp SALT
1/2 tsp PAPRIKA
1/2 tsp WORCESTERSHIRE
1/2 tsp SOY SAUCE
1 1/2 c MILK
1 c MONTERREY JACK
1c AMERICAN CHEESE
8 oz PROVOLONE

Directions:
Preheat Oven 350º

1~
Heat Olive Oil in a skillet & add Bell Pepper & Onion.
Season w/next 3 ingredients.Cook until soft and set aside.

2~
Heat Olive Oil until shimmering & add Steak and Seasonings. Cook until no longer Pink

Arrange Bread Crumbs in 13 X 9 until the bottom is covered
Cover Bread w/Meat & Layer Pepper/Onion mixture on top.

3~
Melt Butter in a saucepan & whisk in Flour to make a paste.
Pour Beer in & whisk continuously until there are no lumps.
Stir in next 9 ingredients.
Pour in Milk as mixture thickens.
Add Monterrey Jack & American Cheese until melted.
Pour over Casserole & top w/Provolone.

Bake 20 minutes until Cheese Melts
