2 -3 c. flour
2 can beer
lemon pepper, to taste
sprinkle of baking powder
garlic salt, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
hot peppers, to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Let set for 2 hours till firm. If too thick, add another can of beer. Dip fish in batter and deep fry.
