1 Tbsp margarine, divided
1/2 cup diced ham
1 small onion, divided
1/2 diced green pepper
1/2 diced red pepper
2 minced garlic cloves, optional
6 eggs, beaten
dash of pepper
1/2 cup shredded Colby cheese, divided
1 chopped tomato

Directions:
Directions:
Cook all but eggs about 5 minutes, set aside. Pour eggs into Pam sprayed pan, cook about 2 minutes, lift edges so egg mixture runs under, cook about 4 minutes, spread ham mixture onto omelet, sprinkle with cheese. Fold sides of omelet over, sprinkle with cheese, cut into 4 wedges, serve with hot pepper sauce if desired.
