1 pkg (500 g) frozen mixed berries
150 mL fresh blueberries
45-60 mL honey
1 tub (500 g) natural yogourt
Few sprigs of fresh mint

Directions:
Directions:
In advance, put 4 small glasses in the freezer. When you are ready to prepare dessert, get the glasses out and divide the fresh berries between the glasses. Put the honey, yogourt and mint leaves into food processor and mix; add the frozen berries and blend again until smooth. Spoon the frozen yogourt over the fresh berries and serve immediately.
