1 store-made angel food cake
2 pkgs lemon pie filling (cooked type)
500 mL Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the lemon pie filling as directed. Set aside 1 cup of filling for top of dessert. Beat the egg whites (left over from making the pie filling) until stiff. Fold the egg whites into the bowl of warm filling. Break the cake into small chunks and put half into a 9x13 pan. Cover with 1/2 lemon mixture, the other 1/2 cake and the remainder of lemon mixture.
Spread Cool Whip on top, then dollop the reserved lemon filling on top. Swirl. Refrigerate.
