1 c. butter, softened
1 egg yolk
1 3 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 c. white sugar
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Lightly grease baking sheets. In a large bowl, cream together butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg yolk and vanilla. Stir in flour until well blended. Drop dough by teaspoons or use a cookie press to place onto prepared baking sheets.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Allow cookies to cool slightly on baking sheets before transferring to wire racks to cool completely. Makes about 6 dozen cookies.
