1 pkg pistachio instant pudding
1 can (19 oz) crushed pineapple
1 container (500g) cool whip
½ cup chopped nuts
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup cottage cheese (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the pistachio instant pudding and the crushed pineapple together. Add in the other ingredients and mix. Refrigerate at least 2 hrs before serving.
