1 small can El Paso chopped green chillies
1-16 ounce package grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
4 eggs, beaten with a fork

Directions:
Directions:
Grain green chillies a little. Spread chillies in bottom of pan (size will depend on how much you want to make). Spread grated cheese over chillies. Pour beaten eggs over cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until set.

Can be kept in refigerator up to 4 days and reheated in microwave about 1 minute.
