30 graham wafers
1 big pkg of vanilla pie filling
1 tsp almond extract
1 cup whipping cream
2⅔ cup milk
1½ cup icing sugar
2 squares semi-sweet chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 7x11 pan. Arrange one layer of wafers over bottom of pan. Cook pie filling, stir in almond extract; pour over wafers, sprinkle with sugar to prevent skin forming. Cool.
Whip cream, add sugar to taste and pour over filling. Arrange another layer of wafers on top of cream. Make glaze with icing sugar, butter and milk. You may add food colouring, if desired. Spread glaze over wafers. Drizzle melted chocolate over glaze. Refrigerate.
