Sauce:
1 can of pineapple tidbits
Juice from pineapple can plus water to make one cup of liquid.
3 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp corn starch
½ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp seasoning salt
1 carrot, diced finely
1 pepper (any colour), diced finely

1 box frozen meatballs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat meatballs thoroughly in a crock pot or on a cookie sheet in the oven.
Combine all sauce ingredients in a sauce pan. Heat until thickened. Simmer on low heat until vegetables are soft. Pour over meatballs. Serve with rice.
