Ingredients:  
3 red tomatoes,coarsely chopped
½ cucumber, coarsely chopped
1 onion, sliced
1 red or green pepper, sliced
black olives
feta cheese
oregano and salt to taste
capers (optional)

2 tbsp vinegar
½ cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place first four ingredients in a salad bowl. Add olives, oregano, salt, capers and feta cheese(broken into small pieces).
Pour the olive oil & vinegar over the salad.
