Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 cup brown rice or rice flour
½ cup potato starch (NOT Potato Flour)
1 tbsp + 1 tsp cornstarch (or ¼ cup tapioca flour)
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
¼ cup olive oil
2 heaping tbsp ground flax & ⅓ cup water (or 2 eggs)
1½ cups almond milk or buttermilk

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and cook in a waffle maker.

This is a delicious, gluten-free waffle!
