3 c. Chopped Yellow Onions
2 Tbs. good olive oil
2 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. thyme leaves
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. chicken stock
1 1/2 tsp. tomato soup
5 lbs. ground turkey
1 1/2 c. plain dry bread crumbs
3 extra large eggs, beaten
3/4 c. ketchup

Directions:
Preheat 325º. Saute onions, olive oil, salt, pepper and thyme until onions are translucent but not browned. Add Worcestershire sauce, chicken stock, and tomato paste and mix well. Cool to room temperature.

Combine turkey, bread crumbs, eggs, and onion mixture in a large bowl. mix well and shape into a rectangular loaf; place on a ungreased cookie sheet. Spread the ketchup evenly on top.

Bake for 1 1/2 hours, until the internal temperature is 160º. Serve hot, room temperature, or cold in a sandwich.
