1 yellow cake mix
1 egg, well beaten
1 stick (1/2 cup) margarine, melted
1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 box (1 lb) confectioners sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry cake mix, 1 egg, and margarine. Mix well and pat onto bottom of 9x13" pan. Combine cream cheese, 2 eggs and confectioners sugar. Beat well with electric mixer; pour over cake mix crust. Bake in 350º oven for 35 minutes. Cool; cut into squares. NOTE: Cake will sink a little as it cools.
