2 large Russet potatoes
4 slices bacon, chopped in 1/2 inch pieces
salt and pepper


Sauce:
1 cup sour cream
2 T. chives
2 t. dill
1 clove garlic, grated
2 T. horseradish
4 T. parsley
Splash of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes. Cut in 1/2 vertically, then each half into 6 pieces or 24 pieces overall. Over medium high heat, cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Add potatoes to bacon fat, season with salt and pepper. Cook 5 to 6 minutes. Cover with foil for 5 minutes. Then uncover for 7 to 8 minutes until done. Mix all sauce ingredients. Top potatoes with bacon and serve with sauce on the side.
