3 c Uncooked Quick Oats
1 tbsp Grated Orange Rind
1/2 c Chopped Walnuts
1/2 c Butter
1/2 c Undiluted Evaporated Milk
2 c Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
1 c Bite Sized Marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Mix Oats, orange rind and nuts together in a large bowl. Combine butter, milk and brown sugar in sauce pan. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture reaches the boiling point. Boil 3 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add marshmallows, stir until melted. Pour over oatmeal mix, blend with fork. Drop from teaspoon on waxed or freezer paper, allow to stand until firm. Store in a shoe box
