1 Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust
2 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out pie crust on lightly floured surface. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle evenly with cinnamon. Roll up tightly and slice into 1/2" rounds like mini cinnamon rolls. Press each round, flat side down into bottom and sides of 9" glass pie plate; make sure there are no spaces between rolls. Set aside and fill with fruit pie of choice.
