2 cups raisins
6 cups coarsely grated carrots
3 cups crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup mayonnaise-type salad dressing (I use plain yogurt)
3 tbsp lemon juice
3/4 tsp salt (optional)
3 tbsps sugar (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Toss raisins, carrot, and pineapple together lightly; set aside.
2. Stir together yogurt, lemon juice, salt and sugar(if using) and add to the raisin mixture.
3. Refrigerate until served.
