1/2 cup oleo
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
2 extra large eggs
3 1/4 cups sifted flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream oleo, butter and sugar.
2. Add eggs and beat thoroughly.
3. Add vanilla. Stir well.
4. Add sifted flour and baking powder.
5. Blend thoroughly.
6. Cool dough for 15 minutes.
7.Flour hands. Take dough about walnut size. Roll spaghetti style and form loveknot.
8. Place on ungreased cookie tin.
9. Bake at 325º for about 15 minutes or until slightly brown.
10. While warm frost with following Frosting.
11. Squeeze one lemon. Add juice to confectionery sugar until right consistency - not too thick.
12. Dip cookie in some and place on rack to cool.
