Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 3-5 lb beef roast (I use eye of round)
2 cups water
⅓ - ˝ cup soya sauce
1 tsp rosemary powder
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp garlic powder
1 bay leaf
3-4 whole peppercorns

Directions:
Directions:
Place thawed roast in a large crockpot, fat side up; add water and seasonings and let cook for 8 hours on LOW until meat is tender. Remove the bay leaf and thicken some of the gravy with a cornstarch and water mixture.

Make “Roast Beef Dip” using the leftover beef and runny gravy.

ROAST BEEF DIP:
Slice roast in very thin slices. Place the thin slices in a non-stick frying pan on low with a little bit of the gravy in it and adding some water if necessary. Place the softened slices on an open faced Panini type bun, top with a few pieces of sliced cheese and heat under the broiler setting until cheese melts. Close the bun and it’s ready to serve. Heat the leftover gravy and give each person their own cup of gravy for dipping.
