★ 2 teaspoons Cornstarch
★ 2/3 cup Sugar
★ 1/3 cup Currant jelly
★ 1 ¼ cups , fresh, crushed red raspberries

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine cornstarch and sugar.
2. Stir in crushed raspberries and currant jelly.
3. Cook, stirring constantly, over moderate heat until the mixture is thick and clear.
4. Cool.
5. Serve with peach melba.
