1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup salsa
2 tsp chili powder
2 cups chopped cooked chicken (preferably white meat)
1 cup cheese, shredded
8 large flour tortillas
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 green onion, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soup, sour cream, salsa, and chili powder. Set approx. 1 cup of mixture aside. In remaining mixture, add chicken and cheese. Along one side of each tortilla, spread about ¼ cup chicken mixture. Roll up each tortilla around filling and place seam side down in glass 9x13 pan. Spread remaining soup mixture over enchiladas.
Cover and bake at 350ºF for 40 min. Top with tomato and onion.
