★ 1 sieved Can of Chick Beans
★ ½ lb. Sweet Chocolate
★ 2 squares bitter chocolate
★ Melt in ½ cup strong coffee
★ 1 small can citron
★ 2 or 3 tbsp. honey (add sugar if necessary)
★ Chopped nuts
★ Pinch cinnamon
Pastry
3 cups flour
2 tbsp. baking powder
¾ cup oleo
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat egg with a little rotor.
2. Add flour, oleo and vanilla.
3. Roll dough very thin on lightly floured cloth covered board.
4. Cut 2” squares of dough.
5. Place 1 tsp chocolate mixture in center of square and top with another square of dough.
6. Press edges together with floured tines of fork.
7. Bake 350 degrees – 20 minutes or until lightly brown.
