★ 1 pound of Ground Beef
★ 1 medium size Onion-chopped
★ 3 tbsp. Chili Powder
★ 1 tbsp. Flour
★ 3 tbsp. Water
★ 1 tbsp. Horseradish (optional)
★ 1 can of red Kidney Beans
★ 1 8-ounce can of Tomato Sauce
★ Crushed crackers or corn flakes or bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook beef until browned in 3 tbsp. butter or olive oil or whatever is your favorite.
2. Saute onions and mix with beef. (Or sauté onions first and add beef, stirring until browned.)
3. Spray the casserole in which you plan to bake the Chili con Carne with PAM. Make a paste from blending the following ingredients: Chili Powder, Flour, Water, optional Horseradish.
4. Add browned beef and onions to the above mixture and stir. Add the drained Kidney beans and Tomato Sauce. Blend all ingredients thoroughly.5. Sprinkle crushed crackers, crushed corn flakes, or bread crumbs over the top.
6. Bake in oven at 325 degrees F for 30-35 minutes.
7. Serve with cornmeal muffins or cornmeal bread.
