★ 6 Chicken Breasts
Oregano
★ 1 Large Sweet Onion (like Vidalia) Sage
Rosemary
Pepper
★ 1-2 garlic cloves
★ 2 shallots
★ Bread crumbs or small shredded pieces of bread
★ 1 cup of wine (sherry, marsala, or vermouth)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Spray pan with Pam or place “Release” foil in pan
2. Cut onion in half and then in small wedges and spread in pan. Place cut shallots and garlic around onions. Sprinkle on some oregano and pepper and drizzle some olive oil.
3. Place breasts flat side down. Drizzle olive oil across breasts. (Can add some melted butter if you wish or some lemon juice although I do not usually do so.) Sprinkle with oregano, sage, rosemary, and pepper. Optional: Put on some crushed garlic.
4. Bake in oven at 325 degrees F for 10 minutes.
5. Baste and turn over. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Baste a little or add extra sherry if needed.
6. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
