★ 1 can condensed Cream of Golden Mushroom Soup(10 ¾ ounces)
★ 1 can condensed Cream of Onion Soup (10 ¾ ounces)
★ 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained (6 ounces)
★ ¼ tsp. black pepper
★ 1 pkg. cream cheese, cubed (8 ounces)
★ 1container sour cream (8 ounces)
★ 6 cups hot cooked egg noodles or rice

Directions:
Directions:
1. In 12 quart slow cooker, mix beef, onion, soups, mushrooms and pepper. Mix well.
2. Cover and cook on low heat setting 8 to 10 hours or until beef is very tender.
3. Stir cream cheese into beef mixture until melted.
4. Stir sour cream into beef mixture (to taste). Serve over noodles

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I suggest gauging Sour Cream measurement to personal taste. Cut Sour Cream to 1/3 cup or ½ cup and then add more based on taste. Also put black pepper shaker on table for those who wish to add more… If beef mixture looks like it is cooking too slow, raise temperature a bit; not too high or the mixture might burn.
