★ 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine (1/4 stick of butter)
★ 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
★ 1 cup of milk
★ 1 ½ cup of Parmesan cheese
★ ½ teaspoon of salt
★ Dash of pepper
★ Italian seasonings

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a 1-quart saucepan over low heat, melt butter or margarine; stir in flour, salt, and pepper until blended; cook for about 1 minute.
2. Gradually stir in milk; cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and is smooth. Add in the cheese and stir until melted. Then add in the Italian seasoning.
