¾ cup powdered non-dairy creamer
1¾ cup water
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
2 tbsp dried minced onion
1 tsp salt
¾ tsp paprika
6 large potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
2 cups diced ham
1 cup shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water and creamer until smooth. In saucepan, melt butter; add flour, onion, salt and paprika; stir until smooth, then gradually add creamer mixture. Bring to boil, cook and stir 1-2 minutes until thickened.
In greased shallow 2½ quart baking dish, combine potatoes and ham. Pour sauce over the top. Cover and bake at 350ºF for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 40-50 minutes more until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5-10 minutes longer.
