Muffins:
1½ cups all purpose flour
¾ cup sugar
½ tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
⅓ cup vegetable oil
1 egg
⅓ cup milk
1 cup blueberries

Crumb Topping
½ cup sugar
⅓ cup flour
¼ cup butter, cubed
1½ tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Place oil into 1 cup measuring cup. Add egg and enough milk to fill the cup. Mix with flour mixture. Fold in blueberries. Pour into muffin tins.
Mix topping ingredients together with a fork and sprinkle over muffin batter. Bake at 375ºF for 20-25 minutes.
