2 C flour
1C sugar
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 large eggs
1 1/2 C shortening
2 C blueberries
3/4 C milk
pinch nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Stir dry ingredients together. Cream shortening, and eggs.. Sprinkle 3 T flour over blueberries and set aside. Add milk to creamed mixture with flour. Fold in blueberries. Pour into greased muffin tins. Bake 10 min at 450º; reduce to 350º and bake until golden brown 10-15 minutes longer.
