Shredded lettuce
1/2 cup green onion
1 can sliced water chestnuts
2 cups Hellman's mayo
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 cup chopped celery
2 cups frozen peas
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Line glass bowl with couple inches of lettuce. Layer onion, celery, water chestnuts and frozen peas. Cover with mayo- has to be Hellman's- sprinkle with sugar, salt and garlic powder over mayo. Cover and refrigerate over night. Before serving sprinkle with chopped hard boiled eggs, bacon bits and decorate with sliced tomatoes.

This recipe you can tailor to your likes and dislikes- more onion, celery etc. It can be made as big or small as you like just increase ingredients accordinly- you will know after you have made it once
