Ingredients:  
One 3 oz can French fried onions
¾ cup Parmesan cheese
¼ cup dry bread crumbs
½ tsp salt
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. milk
dash of pepper
¼ cup margarine, melted
6 skinned chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread crumbs, grated Parmesan and crushed fried onions. Add seasonings. Mix well and put in a shallow bowl. Combine egg and milk. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then coat well in crumb mixture. Place in a greased 9x13 in. pan. Drizzle margarine over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until browned.
