Your favourite tart shell recipe.
Topping
2 tsp butter
1 tsp flour
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup cocoanut

Directions:
Directions:
Add 1 tsp raspberry jam to each tart shell.
Blend the topping ingredients together.
Add 1tsp topping to each shell. Bake at 350 until topping is set.
