3 cups pasta (elbows or shells) cooked al dente, 1 cup chopped celery, 2 cups chopped and peeled Granny Smith apples, 1 coarsely grated carrot, 1/2 green pepper, chopped fine, 1/2 cup chopped pimentos, 1/2 grated onion, i dill pickle, 6 oz peanuts, 1 cup mayonaise

Combine 1st 7 Ingredients, Mix well. Peel and chop the dill pickle. Add and then add the peanuts. Mix again. Add enough mayonnaise to bind.
