9 c. Chex cereals

1 c. Hershey semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 c. peanut butter

1/4 c. margarine

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 1/2 c. confectioner's sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Pour cereal in bowl. Set aside. In microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter and margarine. Microwave on HIGH for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until smooth. Stir after 1 minute. Stir in vanilla extract. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal. Stir until all pieces are evenly coated. Pour cereal in jumbo Ziploc bag with confectioner's sugar. Secure and shake until all pieces are well coated. Spread on wax paper to cool. Store in airtight container.
