2 cups chocolate chips
2 cups butterscotch chips
1 pkg cream cheese
2 cups mini-marshmallows
½ cup chopped maraschino cherries
Directions:
Directions:
Melt the chocolate and butterscotch chips in the microwave. Start with one minute, stir and then put in for another minute. Continue until they are melted. Add the cream cheese and stir until well blended. Stir in the marshmallows and cherries. Chill. Roll into balls and roll in coconut. Let set in the refrigerator.
