Soup broth:
1 cup chopped vegetables (eg, carrots, onions, celery, broccoli, beans etc)
1 extra cup celery, chopped
6 cups water
1 pkg groenteseop (dried vegetable soup mix)
3 Maggi blockjes (boullion cubes)
¾ cup dutch noodles, broken (fine egg noodles)

Meatballs:
½ lb lean ground beef
½ cup dry bread crumbs
egg
salt, pepper or other seasonings to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meatball ingredients together and make small, bite-size balls. Boil water, then add vegetables, soup mix, meatballs and bouillion. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add noodles and simmer for 15 more minutes.
