14oz. sweetend shredded coconut
14oz. sweetend condensed milk
1 tsp. almond extract
2 extra large egg whites (room temp)
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
marchino cherries (cut in 1/4ths)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine coconut,milk,and almond in bowl.Whip egg whites and salt with electric mixer until firm.Add egg whites to coconut mixture.Using tsp drop batter onto sheet pans lined with parchment paper .Add cherry on top.
Bake 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
