6 slices bacon, chopped
Vegetable oil
¼ cup hot sauce
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp dried oregano leaves, crushed
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp dried basil leaves, crushed
½ tsp dried thyme leaves, crushed
½ tsp coarse black pepper
3 cloves garlic minced
1 yellow pepper, diced
1 orange pepper, diced
1 onion, chopped
1 lb pkg Black Tiger Shrimp (thawed)
1 can of Bravo Spaghetti Sauce
Rotini pasta, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
In a large fry pan, sauté bacon until crisp. Pour drippings into a glass measuring cup; add oil to make ⅓ cup. Pour back into the fry pan. Add hot sauce, Dijon mustard, oregano, chili powder, basil, thyme, black pepper, garlic and onion. Cook and stir over medium heat until onion begins to soften. Add peppers, shrimp and spaghetti sauce. Continue to cook until the shrimp is heated through. To serve, spoon over cooked pasta.
