4 cups water
2 cups rice
1 medium onion (chopped)
salt and pepper
1/4 cup margarine
2 heads sour cabbage

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice. Saute onion in margarine and add to rice. Add Salt and pepper to taste. Cool rice mixture. Rinse cabbage and separate leaves from core. Cut heavy spines from leaves and cut large leaves in half. Place a spoonful of rice on leaf and roll tightly, closing the ends as you roll each one. Place rolls in a 2 to 3 quart casserole dish. Cover with 1 1/2 cups water. Bake at 350 F. for 1 1/2 to 2 hours,covered. When cooked, cover with 1 medium chopped onion sautéed in 1/4 cup margarine.
