1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup flour
3 Tbsp. oil or fat
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. round steak
1 1/2 cups onions, sliced
2 carrots. diced
2 Tbsp.Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. brown sugar
2 cups canned tomatoes or 1 can+pint of juice, I put the tomatoes in blender because we don't like chunks of tomatoes

Mix mustard, salt, pepper, and flour. Roll steak in this mixture. Then brown in fat, Put in roasting pan and sprinkle meat with onions, carrots, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and tomatoes. Cover. Bake 300º- 325º for 4 to 5 hours.
