2 cups thinly sliced onions
3 lb pork loin roast
2 cups apples, peeled and chopped
2 cups chili sauce
⅓ cup grainy mustard
⅓ cup honey
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
1 tbsp packed brown sugar
2 tsp paprika
2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Place onions on bottom of slow cooker. Place pork on top. Sprinkle apples over top and down sides.
Sauce:
In large bowl, mix together all remaining ingredients; pour over meat and apples. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 -7 hours or until meat is fall-apart tender. Remove roast from sauce and put on large plate. Using 2 forks in opposite directions, shred meat along its length. Stir meat back into sauce and serve on onion buns.
