½ cup melted butter or margarine
½ cup brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 apples, peeled and sliced
1 loaf cinnamon raisin bread
6 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1½ cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon together and spread in bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Cover with layer of sliced apples. Cover apples with a layer of bread slices. Repeat another layer of apples followed by a layer of bread.
Mix eggs, vanilla and milk and pour over bread.
You can either cover and refrigerate overnight for an easy company breakfast or bake it right away.
Bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes. Cover with foil for the first 25 minutes, then remove foil for the remainder of time.
