*2 cups coconut
*1/4 cup margarine, melted
*1 cup evaporated milk
*2 cups sugar
*1 tablespoon cornstarch
*2 eggs
*2 pie crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Put one cup coconut into each pie crust. In mixing bowl, combine 2 cups sugar with cornstarch. Add Eggs and beat well. Add milk and melted margarine. Beat well. Pour over coconut in crust. Bake at 325 until just set.
