Graham wafer crackers
1 pkg (135 g) instant vanilla pudding mix
500 mL milk
500 mL whipping cream
600 mL icing sugar
water
1 square semi-sweet chocolate
milk
maraschino cherries (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a 9x13 pan, place enough graham crackers to cover the bottom. Prepare pudding with 500 mL of milk. Spread pudding on top of crackers and put in fridge until cool, but not cold. Whip whipping cream and put on top of pudding. Add a second later of crackers on top of whipped cream. Mix icing sugar with just enough water to make it smooth and ice the top of the dessert. Melt chocolate with enough milk to make it runny and drizzle on top.
