2 level cups flour
Pinch of salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. powdered cocoa

1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Sift the first 5 ingredients together three times.

Add: mayonnaise, cold water, and vanilla.

Bake 40-50 minutes till cake tests done when a toothpick is inserted and comes out clean.
