Puff pastry squares 5"X5" (thaw in refrigerator)
Chocolate bar
Raspberry preserves
1 egg white, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
On each square of puff pastry add 3 squares of chocolate and 1 tbsp. of raspberry preserves on top of the chocolate squares. Fold over pastry in triangles and press edges together. Brush egg wash over puffs.
Spray baking sheet with vegetable spray.
Bake at 400º for 20 - 30 minutes or till pastry is puffed up. When cool dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with Chocolate Syrup or Hot Fudge sauce.
