2 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. corn starch
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. vanilla
2-3 oz. whiskey

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to boil. Add in sugar and butter. Mix the cornstarch with about 2 ounces of COLD water and then add to the boiling mixture, stirring constantly to prevent lumping. Boil till thickened and clear. Add nutmeg and vanilla. Then add about 2 to 3 oz. of whiskey or to taste.
