4 eggs, well beaten
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp sugar
2 cups flour
oil
icing sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, baking powder and sugar together. Add just enough flour to make dough stiff. Cut in thin strips. Fry strips in hot oil until light brown. Drain in brown paper. When cool, roll in incing sugar.
